60 minute class focused solely on Olympic Lifting

120 minute class geared toward athletes wanting more volume of skills, lifting and conditioning

AEROBIC CAPACITY

60 minute class, for those looking to build endurance through interval training.

INTRO TO CROSSFIT

60 minute smaller group class where new members are introduced to the gym as well as common movements, skills and lifts that you’ll see in our regular CrossFit classes
