How It Works

Your first six weeks are designed to help you build confidence, develop consistency, and become part of the MMSC community.

Weeks 1-2
3 x Onboarding Classes Per Week

1 Onboarding Class + 2 Regular Classes Per Week

What’s Included

Everything you need to build confidence, establish consistency, and become part of the Man-Made community.

PRICE: $250

  • This includes 8 small private group classes and a gradual integration into 10 additional regularly scheduled CrossFit Classes.

  • Your small group will have a dedicated coach that you can connect with directly. Your coach will have weekly check-ins with you, guide you through personalized movement modifications and support you through the onboarding process and beyond.

  • You’ll be connected with others in your small group to stay dedicated and accountable to showing up for class.

  • Our goal is to integrate you into our amazing little family. From gym etiquette and culture, to events outside the gym, we want to share our hidden little gem of a community.

  • Upon successful completion of your 18 classes in 6 weeks, you’ll receive a great little swag bag with Man-Made goodies.

Whether you're stepping into a gym for the first time or you've been training for years, you'll be surrounded by coaches and members who genuinely want to see you succeed.

Every athlete's journey begins somewhere. Some people arrive ready to charge ahead, others arrive simply looking for a place to start. At Man-Made, nobody starts alone. Our coaches and members help new athletes build confidence, establish consistency, and become part of something bigger than themselves.

We often talk about community like a rope. Some members have been here for years and are helping pull others forward. Some are just grabbing hold for the first time. Over time, those who were once being pulled become strong enough to help pull others. That's how our community grows. That's what makes Man-Made different.

  • Not at all. Our onboarding program is designed to meet you where you're at. Every workout can be modified to match your current fitness level and abilities.

  • That's exactly what this program is designed for. We'll teach you the movements, terminology, equipment, and class structure while helping you build confidence along the way.

  • Great! The onboarding program is still the best way to learn how MMSC operates, connect with our coaches and members, and become part of the community.

  • Our coaches can modify movements and workouts to accommodate most injuries, limitations, and fitness levels. As long as you’ve been cleared by your physician for exercise, we'll work with you to find the right starting point.

  • The price is $250 + GST

  • Groups are intentionally kept small to ensure personalized coaching, support, and accountability. We are aiming for groups of 4-8, with a hard cap of 8.

  • The onboarding classes will be private classes for your small group of 4-8, led by your dedicated coach. The regular classes are open to all MMSC members and led by any one of our expert coaches.

  • If we’ve done our job correctly, you'll transition seamlessly into regular membership and continue training alongside the community you've already become part of.

  • Simply complete the application form below. We'll contact you, answer any questions, and help place you in a morning, daytime, or evening onboarding group.

  • Once we receive your form, we’ll connect with you within a day or two (via your preferred communication method) and work to get you grouped with other new members that have similar scheduling availability for the small group classes. Once scheduling is confirmed and a group has been created, we’ll get you started as soon as possible!
